Please remove your copy from your shelf and enjoy it again in celebration of all that it is.
My favorite antiquarian bookseller offers the true first for just under $10,000. An example from Glenn Horowitz, complete with butterfly doodle and inscription to Vera can be had for roughtly seven times that amount. The 1958 Putnam (US) First Edition is more affordable (under $1,000) through the usual means.
