"She had a seizure."
Doctor: "Can you describe it?"
"No, not if you can't imagine it instantly upon hearing just the word."
Door opens, second doctor interrupts first: "We need you, now."
Externally: "What is happening?" Internally: "She left. She left. She's leaving. She's leaving. She's leaving us now."
